Short Answer
Not yet. Our Florida Basic Driver Improvement (BDI) course is currently accepted only for traffic citations issued in — or for residents of — Duval County, Clay County, and Nassau County.
Current Availability
Duval County (Jacksonville) – Accepted for eligible traffic citations and residents.
Clay County – Accepted for eligible traffic citations and residents.
Nassau County – Accepted for eligible traffic citations and residents.
If your citation was issued in one of these counties, or you reside in one of them, you may complete our BDI course to satisfy the requirement.
What This Means for Other Counties
While our course is approved by the Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles (FLHSMV), each county clerk determines whether to accept certificates from specific providers.
At this time, our direct acceptance is limited to Duval, Clay, and Nassau Counties.
We are in the process of expanding acceptance to other Florida counties.
Next Steps if You’re Outside These Counties
If you received a citation in another county, check with your clerk of court before enrolling.
If your county does not currently accept our course, you may need to select another FLHSMV-approved provider that is on their accepted list.

Why County Acceptance Matters
Even though all BDI courses are state-approved, counties manage traffic citation compliance locally.
Completing a course not accepted in your county may result in your case being considered incomplete, leading to fines, points, or license suspension.
