How Do I Know If I Passed the Florida Basic Driver Improvement Course?
You have passed the Florida Basic Driver Improvement (BDI) course when your completion certificate is issued. This happens immediately after you pass the final exam with a score of 80% or higher.
How You Will Know You Are Done
When you submit the final exam and achieve a passing score of 80% or higher, you will receive confirmation on screen. Your certificate will then be available in two places:
In your account under My Certificates at drivinglogic.com
In your email inbox as an attachment from Driving Logic
If your certificate is available, your Florida Basic Driver Improvement course is complete and you have passed.
What Happens If You Do Not Pass the Final Exam?
If you do not achieve a score of 80% or higher on the final exam, you will see your score on screen after submitting. You can retake the exam immediately at no additional charge. There is no limit on the number of retakes and no waiting period between attempts.
Your certificate will not be issued until you pass the final exam. Completing all course content without passing the exam will not generate a certificate.
If Your Certificate Is Not Available Yet
If you finished what you believe is the last section of the course but your certificate has not appeared, check the following:
Confirm that you have passed the final exam with a score of 80% or higher
Confirm that you have completed every required section of the course content before the exam
Progress is tracked automatically. If any section remains incomplete or if the final exam has not been passed, the certificate will not be issued until both requirements are met.
