What Happens If I Close the Missouri Driver Improvement Program (DIP) Before Finishing?
Your progress is saved automatically. If you close the course before finishing, you can return at any time and resume where you left off. You will not lose completed work.
What Gets Saved?
Your progress is saved each time you complete a section. Fully completed lessons and passed quizzes are permanently saved to your account.
If you close the course mid-section — before completing that section — you may need to repeat that section when you return. Any sections you have already fully completed will not need to be repeated.
How to Return to the Course
Go to drivinglogic.com.
Select Log In and enter your email address and password.
Select your course from your dashboard.
The course will open at your last saved position.
Is There a Risk of Losing My Progress Entirely?
No. As long as you log in with the same email address and password you used when you enrolled, your progress will be intact.
However, remember that you must complete the course within 60 days of your conviction date to receive the point prevention benefit. Closing the course and returning later is fine — just make sure you finish before your deadline.

Frequently Asked Questions
Will my quiz scores be saved if I close the course? Yes. Once you pass a quiz, that result is saved permanently. You do not need to retake a quiz you have already passed.
What if I accidentally close the browser during the final exam? If you close the browser during a quiz or the final exam, that attempt may be recorded as incomplete. When you return, you may need to start that quiz or exam attempt over. Your previous passing scores on other quizzes are not affected.
What if I forget my password when I return? Go to drivinglogic.com, select Log In, and use the forgot password option to reset your password by email.
