I Completed the Tennessee Driver Education Course (Traffic School) but Did Not Receive My Certificate. What Should I Do?
Work through the steps below in order. Most missing certificate issues are resolved at Step 1 or Step 2.
Step 1 — Check Your Spam or Junk Folder
The certificate email comes from Driving Logic. Some email providers route it to spam or junk automatically. Open your spam or junk folder and look for an email from Driving Logic with a PDF attachment.
If your email has a promotions or other folder, check those too.
Step 2 — Confirm All Requirements Are Complete
Your certificate is only generated after all of the following are complete:
All 8 chapters finished (including page timers)
All 8 chapter quizzes passed with 80% or higher
The final exam passed with 80% or higher (20 out of 25)
Log in at drivinglogic.com and check your course dashboard. If any chapter, quiz, or the final exam shows as incomplete or not passed, your certificate has not been issued yet. Complete the remaining requirements and your certificate will be emailed immediately.
Step 3 — Confirm Your Email Address Is Correct
Your certificate is sent to the email address on your account — the one you provided at enrollment. If you mistyped your email address when you signed up, the certificate was sent to the wrong address.
Log in to your account at drivinglogic.com and verify the email address shown. If it is incorrect, contact us and we can update it and resend the certificate.
Step 4 — Contact Driving Logic
If you have checked spam, confirmed all requirements are complete, and verified your email address, contact us. Include:
The email address on your account
The date you completed the course
We can verify your completion status and resend your certificate.

Frequently Asked Questions
How long after completing the course should I wait before contacting support? Your certificate should arrive within minutes of passing the final exam. If it has not arrived after 15 minutes and it is not in spam, contact us.
I passed the final exam but my dashboard still shows the course as incomplete. What happened? Occasionally a page timer from an earlier chapter may not have saved correctly. Check your dashboard carefully — all 8 chapters and all 8 quizzes must show as complete, not just the final exam. Contact us if everything looks complete but the course still shows as in progress.
Can you resend the certificate to a different email address than the one on my account? We can send it to the email address on your account. If you need it sent to a different address, contact us and we can update your account email first.
I have a court deadline coming up and I still haven't received my certificate. What should I do? Contact us immediately. Let us know your court deadline and we will prioritize verifying your completion and resending your certificate.
