Driving Logic's Texas Adult Driver Education Course is 100% online. There are no in-person sessions, no classroom requirements, and no scheduled meeting times. You complete the entire course — including the DPS exam — through your web browser at whatever time and pace works for you.
How the Online Course Works
Access the course by logging in at drivinglogic.com from any device with a modern web browser. The course is self-paced. You read the content, complete interactive sections, answer lesson quizzes, and take the DPS exam — all online. The ADEE-1317 certificate you receive is the same official TDLR certificate issued by any approved provider.
Accepted Statewide
Driving Logic's online course is approved by TDLR and the ADEE-1317 certificate is accepted at all Texas DPS driver license offices statewide.
Important: DPS Visit Still Required
While the course itself is entirely online, you still need to visit a Texas DPS driver license office in person to complete the licensing process. At the DPS you will take a vision test and road test, have your photo and thumbprints taken, and pay the application fee.
