Your certificate uses a government form and is delivered by email only to the email address you used during signup. It is not available online or in your course account. What Triggers the Certificate?
Your certificate is generated and emailed automatically after all of the following are complete:
All 8 chapters finished
All 8 chapter quizzes passed with 80% or higher
The final exam passed with 80% or higher

Confirm all chapters, quizzes, and the final exam show as complete in your dashboard
