Your DIC 552B certificate is required to be emailed as a PDF within 24 hours after you complete the course, including weekends and holidays.
It is not available to download from your online course account. Save the PDF from your certificate email.
What Certificate Will I Receive?
You will receive the DIC 552B — Online Driver Improvement Clinic Certificate of Completion. This is the DMV-standardized certificate and the only document accepted by the Virginia DMV and Virginia courts as proof of completing an online driver improvement clinic.
Driving Logic generates the certificate on your behalf using the information you provided at registration: your name, date of birth, driver's license number, reason for attendance, and citation details if applicable.
What If I Do Not Receive My Certificate?
Check your junk or spam folder. If all course requirements are complete and the email is still missing, contact support through the chat on your course site. You do not have to wait 24 hours to ask for help.
