Texas and Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR) materials use both ADE-1317 and ADEE-1317 in different certificate and system contexts. Both refer to the Texas Adult Driver Education completion certificate. Neither designation is inherently fake or invalid.

TDLR uses ADE-1317 on its adult driver education certificate order form. Its certificate-ordering system also uses ADEE-1317 DIGITAL for electronic certificates.

Driving Logic’s adult driver education certificate template is designated ADEE-1317. Present the completion certificate you receive; do not alter its designation. The certificate must contain the required completion and provider information. Contact support if you need help with your specific certificate.
