What Happens If I Close the Course Before Finishing
Nothing is lost. Progress saves automatically at each completed section boundary. The teen can close the browser, turn off the device, or log out at any time and return later to continue exactly where they left off.
How Saving Works
The course saves progress each time a section is completed. When the teen logs back in at drivinglogic.com, the dashboard shows current progress and where to continue. The same login and saved progress are available from any device.
Mid-Section Closing
If the browser is closed or the device loses connection in the middle of a section (before completing it), that section may need to be restarted from the beginning. All sections completed before that point remain saved. No completed module or quiz progress is lost.
Progress Is Tied to the Account
Progress is stored in the course account, not on the device. Switching phones, using a different browser, or clearing browser data does not affect saved course progress as long as the same login is used.

Frequently Asked Questions
What if the device loses power mid-section? The current section may need to be restarted. Everything completed before that section is saved.
Will closing the course reset the quiz? If the quiz was submitted and passed before closing, the result is saved. If the quiz was in progress but not yet submitted, it will need to be retaken.
What if I close during the DPS permit exam? If the exam was in progress but not submitted, it will need to be restarted. The 24-hour retake wait does not apply to an exam that was closed before submission — only to exams that were submitted and failed.
What if the enrollment expires while the course is partially complete? The 120-day enrollment window applies regardless of how much has been completed. If the window closes before the course is finished, repurchase is required to continue. Let us know if the enrollment is close to expiring.
