If You Have Not Completed the Course
If you have not yet completed the course and your certificate has not been issued, Driving Logic will cancel your enrollment and create a new order for the correct course. Contact support right away so this can be resolved before you spend time on the wrong material.
If You Have Already Completed the Course
If you have already completed the wrong course and your certificate has been issued, Driving Logic is unable to apply that completion toward a different course. Each course is unique and completions are not transferable. You would need to enroll in and complete the correct course separately.
Important: MVC Election Deadlines
If you have an MVC election on file with a 120-day completion deadline, Let us know and we can help. The support team will prioritize your case.
Enrolling in the wrong course does not extend your MVC election deadline. If your deadline is approaching, act as quickly as possible.
