What Happens If I Don't Finish the Tennessee Driver Education Course (Traffic School)?
If you do not complete the Tennessee Driver Education Course, no certificate is issued, no completion is reported, and you cannot submit proof of completion to your court, the DSHS, or your insurer.
Will I Lose My Progress?
No. Your progress is saved automatically. You can log back in at any time and resume where you left off — as long as your court's or DSHS's deadline has not passed.
What About My Payment?
Your $29.97 payment is not automatically refunded if you do not finish. Driving Logic offers a full refund within 30 days of purchase if your certificate has not been issued. Contact us if you have questions about a refund.
What About My Court Deadline?
If you took the course for ticket dismissal, your court set a deadline. If you do not complete the course and submit your certificate by that date, your court may not grant the ticket dismissal.
If you took the course for point reduction, you must complete it and submit to the DSHS within 90 days of your conviction date.
