Can I Download or Print My Texas Adult Driver Education (ADE-1317) Certificate
Yes. Your ADE-1317 completion certificate is delivered as a PDF by email. You can download it, save it to your device, and print it. You will need it for ITAD registration and your DPS driver license office appointment.
How to Access Your Certificate
Your certificate is sent as a PDF attachment to the email address you used when you enrolled. Open the email, download the PDF attachment, and save or print it as needed.
If you cannot find the email, check your spam or junk folder. Contact Driving Logic support if you need the certificate resent.
Using Your Certificate
You will need your ADE-1317 certificate for two steps after completing the course:
ITAD registration — the ADE control number printed on the certificate is required to register for the free ITAD program at impacttexasdrivers.dps.texas.gov
DPS driver license office — bring your certificate to your appointment as proof you completed the course and passed the written knowledge exam
Important: Color Printing
Some ADE-1317 certificates include security features that require color printing to be fully visible. If your certificate has a colored background or security elements, print it in color. A black-and-white printout may not show all required security features clearly.
Keep a Copy
Save a digital copy of your certificate. If your printed copy is lost or damaged before your DPS appointment, you will need to print another one. Having a digital backup ensures you can do so quickly.
