What Is the State Fee?
The $23.95 state fee is required by the state of Florida for all Basic Driver Improvement course enrollments. It is remitted to the FLHSMV Highway Safety Operating Trust Fund, which funds state administration of the BDI program. This fee is collected at checkout alongside the Driving Logic course fee. All approved Florida BDI providers collect this fee — it is not unique to Driving Logic.
