If you get logged out of your Driving Logic course, log back in at drivinglogic.com to continue. Progress is saved to your account each time you complete a lesson or quiz.

There are a few common reasons you may find yourself logged out:

If you are actively working through the course and being logged out unexpectedly, contact Driving Logic support and describe what is happening.

Forgot your password: Select Lost your password? on the login page, enter your email address, and follow the reset link sent to your inbox. Forgot your email address: Check your inbox for a confirmation email from Driving Logic sent at the time of purchase — that email address is the one linked to your account.

If you are still unable to log in, contact Driving Logic support.

Getting logged out mid-lesson may mean you need to repeat that lesson when you return, but you will not need to restart the course from the beginning. All completed lessons and quizzes remain saved.

If your progress looks different from what you completed, first confirm you are logged in with the email address you used to enroll, then contact Driving Logic support with the course name, lesson and what you see so the course record can be checked.

Getting logged out does not affect your enrollment or payment.

Note: Getting logged out does not change any course deadlines set by your court, state regulator, or other authority. Course deadlines run from the date of your requirement notice, regardless of how many times you log in or out.

If you are logged out during the final exam, contact Driving Logic support and describe what happened. The team can review your session. In some cases, the attempt is recorded and a retake may be subject to your course's specific exam retake rules.
