Your certificate is issued after all required course content, all four lesson quizzes and the required five-question survey are complete. Save the PDF from your certificate email. If the course shows complete and the certificate is missing, check junk or spam and contact support through the chat at drivinglogic.com.

Step 1: Go to drivinglogic.com if you need to check course completion or contact support.

Step 2: Select Log In and use the email address and password for your course account.

Step 3: Confirm all required content, four lesson quizzes and the five-question survey are complete.

Step 4: Save the PDF attachment from your certificate email.

If the certificate email is missing or you need another copy, contact support through the chat on your course site. Do not repeat completion checks you already confirmed.

After you complete the course, Driving Logic sends your certificate to the email address you used when you enrolled.

Open the email from Driving Logic and download the certificate attachment. If you do not see the email in your inbox, check your spam or junk folder.

Once you have downloaded the PDF, open the file and select print from your browser or PDF viewer. Make sure your printer is connected before printing.

Can I save another copy? Download the PDF attachment from your certificate email again. Contact support if the email is missing.

Can I save the certificate on my phone? Open the PDF attachment from your certificate email. If your phone cannot open it, try a PDF viewer or contact support at drivinglogic.com.

Can I submit a digital copy to a court or the BMV? Follow the receiving organization’s instructions. Check with your court or the Indiana BMV at in.gov/bmv when you are unsure.
