When you complete the final section of the course — which includes the 5-question survey — you will receive on-screen confirmation. Use the emailed certificate PDF, or contact support if it is missing:

The Indiana Driver Safety Program does not have a separate final exam. You must complete the required quiz at the end of each of the four lessons. After all four lesson quizzes, all required course content, and the in-course survey are complete, your certificate is issued automatically.

What if I completed the course but never received the confirmation email? Check your spam or junk folder for an email from Driving Logic. If you cannot find it, contact support through the chat at drivinglogic.com. If all requirements are already complete and you checked spam, ask for a certificate-status check without repeating those steps.

Does my certificate expire? Your certificate is a permanent record of your course completion. Let us know if you have questions about the validity of your certificate for a specific purpose such as a court requirement or BMV inquiry.

What is the survey at the end of the course? Near the end of the course, there is a short 5-question survey required by the Indiana BMV. It takes about 2 minutes and must be completed before the course ends. There are no right or wrong answers. The survey asks for feedback, but completing it is required before certificate issuance.
