You must wait 24 hours between final exam attempts. If you do not pass, you can try again once 24 hours have passed.

This is a Virginia DMV rule that applies to all approved online driver improvement clinic providers — it is not a Driving Logic policy. Attempting to get around this limit will not result in a valid completion.

There is no limit on the total number of attempts. You can retake the exam as many times as needed until you pass. All retakes are included at no extra charge. Questions are drawn from a randomized bank, so each attempt may present a different selection.

Go back and review the lessons that cover the topics you found difficult. Your lesson completions and progress remain saved — you do not need to redo the course. The course allows you to revisit any completed lesson at any time.
