Your Florida Driver Education Traffic Safety (DETS) Course certificate is delivered by email as a PDF attachment. You can download and save it directly from the email. The certificate is not available as a separate download from within your course account dashboard.

When your certificate arrives by email, open the email and download the PDF attachment. Save a copy to your device or cloud storage so you have it available when you need it. You can also forward the email to a parent or guardian.

If you cannot find your certificate email, check your spam or junk folder. If you still cannot locate it, let us know and we can help resend it. Include the email address you used at enrollment.

The certificate is a PDF and includes your full name, date of birth, completion date, a unique certificate number, and Driving Logic's provider information. It is issued in English only.

Can I download my certificate from the Driving Logic website? The certificate is not available as a download from within your course account. It is sent by email as a PDF after you complete the course.

What should I do with the certificate when I receive it? Download and save the PDF to your device. You may also want to print a copy. Your certificate is your proof of completion for insurance purposes and personal records.

Do I need to submit my certificate to FLHSMV? No. Driving Logic reports your completion directly to FLHSMV through DICIS within 1 business day. The certificate is for your personal records.

What if I lost my certificate email? Check your spam folder first. If you cannot find it, let us know and we can help resend it.

Is the certificate accepted as proof of completion? Yes. The emailed PDF certificate is your official proof of completion and can be used for insurance purposes and personal records.
