No. You do not have to finish the Florida Driver Education Traffic Safety (DETS) Course in one sitting. Your progress saves automatically every time you leave the course. You can return at any time and pick up exactly where you left off within your 120-day access window.

Your course progress is saved to your Driving Logic account. When you log back in, your dashboard shows which lessons you have completed and where to continue. You do not need to restart from the beginning.

Most students complete the course over multiple sessions. There is no minimum or maximum number of sessions — you can take as many breaks as you need. The only requirement is that you complete the full 6 hours of instructional time and all course requirements within 120 days of enrollment.

You have 120 days from the date you enrolled to complete the course. Plan your sessions so you finish with time to spare before your access window closes.

What happens if I close the course before finishing a lesson? Your progress is saved automatically. When you return, you can continue from where you stopped.
