Refund Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund:

  • Your request must be made within 30 days of your purchase date

  • Your Form 4444 must not have been issued

If you have already completed the course and received your Form 4444, you are no longer eligible for a refund.

When Refunds Are Not Available
