What Should I Do If the Missouri DOR Does Not Show My Completion?
If your Missouri driving record does not reflect your Driver Improvement Program completion, work through the steps below to identify where the process may have stalled.
Step 1 — Confirm You Received Form 4444
Check that Driving Logic emailed you Form 4444 after you completed the course. Look in your inbox and spam folder for an email from Driving Logic with a PDF attachment.
If you did not receive Form 4444, let us know and we can verify your completion status and resend the certificate.
Step 2 — Confirm You Took Form 4444 to Court
Form 4444 must be physically taken to your court for a clerk signature before it can be submitted to the DOR. If you have not yet done this, do so as soon as possible — keeping your 60-day conviction deadline in mind.
Step 3 — Allow Adequate Processing Time
After your court submits Form 4444 to the Missouri DOR, allow several weeks for the DOR to process and update your driving record. If you checked your record shortly after the court submission, the update may simply not have been processed yet.
Step 4 — Contact Your Court
If you took your signed Form 4444 to court and adequate time has passed, contact the court directly to confirm:
The clerk signed your Form 4444
The court submitted your completion record to the Missouri DOR within 15 days
If the court has not yet submitted the record, ask them to do so.
Step 5 — Contact Us
If you have confirmed the court submitted the record and the DOR still does not reflect your completion after several weeks, let us know and we can help. Include:
Your completion date
The date you took Form 4444 to court
Any confirmation from your court

Frequently Asked Questions
Can Driving Logic contact the DOR on my behalf? No. Driving Logic's role in the process ends when we email you Form 4444. The submission and processing is between you, your court, and the Missouri DOR.
How do I check my Missouri driving record? You can request a copy of your Missouri driving record through the Missouri Department of Revenue at dor.mo.gov. See the article on how to check your Missouri driving record for more details.
What if my 60-day deadline already passed? If you completed the course within the 60-day window and followed the correct process, contact your court about the status of their DOR submission. If the deadline has passed and the process was not completed in time, the point prevention benefit may not apply. Contact your court for guidance.
