Refund Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund:

  • Your request must be made within 30 days of your purchase date

  • Your DS-230 certificate must not have been issued

If you have already completed the course and your DS-230 certificate has been issued, a refund is not available.

How to Request a Refund

When Refunds Are Not Available
