Yes. Driving Logic offers a full refund within 30 days of purchase, provided your ADE-1317 completion certificate has not been issued.

Refund Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund:

  • Your request must be made within 30 days of your purchase date

  • Your ADE-1317 certificate must not have been issued

If you have already completed the course and your ADE-1317 certificate has been issued, a refund is not available.

How to Request a Refund

Contact Driving Logic support and we can help. Include your account email address and the reason for your request. Refunds are processed within 30 days of the request being submitted.

When Refunds Are Not Available

Refunds are not issued in the following situations:

  • Your ADE-1317 certificate has already been issued

  • More than 30 days have passed since your purchase
