No. You can complete the Texas Adult Driver Education Course across as many sessions as you need. Progress saves automatically every time you leave. When you log back in, the course picks up exactly where you stopped.

Each time you complete a section or lesson, your progress is saved automatically. You do not need to save manually. If you close your browser, log out, or lose your connection, your completed work is preserved. You will not have to repeat content you have already finished.

Most students choose to complete the full 6 hours in a single session, but this is a personal preference — not a requirement. Some students split the course across two or three sessions over a few days.

There is no court deadline or expiration date for completing this course. You can take as long as you need. The only timing consideration is if you have a learner's permit approaching its expiration and need to complete the course before applying for your full license.

Will I lose my progress if my internet cuts out? Progress is saved automatically at each completed section. You may need to redo the current section if a connection drop occurred mid-section, but completed lessons are preserved.

Can I start on my computer and finish on my phone? Yes. You can switch between devices at any time. Log in with the same account credentials and the course will resume where you left off.

Is there a time limit on how long I can take to finish? There is no time limit set by Driving Logic. You can take as long as you need to complete the course.

What if I accidentally close the browser mid-lesson? Log back in and you will be taken back to your last saved point. You may need to complete any unsaved portion of the current section again.

Can I go back and review earlier lessons? Yes. You can revisit completed lessons to review content. Revisiting a completed lesson does not reset your progress.
