Both DE-964 certificates are issued in English, as required for Texas DPS. The teen's legal name appears on the certificate exactly as entered at enrollment.

Is the Texas Teen Driver Education Course available in Spanish? Yes. Spanish is one of the 65 available languages.

Will the DE-964 certificate be in Spanish if we take the course in Spanish? No. Both certificates are issued in English only, as required for the Texas DPS licensing process.

Is the DPS permit exam available in other languages? The DPS permit exam questions are presented in the selected course language. Note that Texas DPS requires road signs to be understood in English — the exam content reflects Texas licensing requirements.

Can the teen switch languages mid-course? Yes. Language can be changed at any time. Progress is not affected.
