Your Florida Basic Driver Improvement (BDI) course certificate is sent to you by email as a PDF attachment immediately after you pass the final exam. There is nothing you need to do to request it — it is sent automatically.
Where to Find Your Certificate
Check the inbox of the email address you used when you enrolled. Look for an email from Driving Logic sent shortly after you passed the exam.
If you do not see it in your inbox, check your spam or junk folder.
Your certificate is delivered by email only. It is not available for download from your account.
Save the PDF
When the email arrives, save the PDF attachment to your device. This is the only copy provided. If you need to submit the certificate to a court or insurance provider, this is the file you will use.
If You Cannot Find the Certificate Email
If you have checked your inbox and spam folder and still cannot find the email:
Confirm that you passed the final exam — your course must be complete with a passing score of 80% or higher before the certificate is issued
Make sure you are checking the correct email address — use the one you entered during checkout
Contact support and we can resend the certificate email at no charge
How to Print Your Certificate
Open the PDF attachment from your email and print it from your PDF viewer or browser. Make sure your printer is connected before printing.
