How Do I Get My Missouri Driver Improvement Program (DIP) Certificate (Form 4444)?
Your Form 4444 completion certificate is emailed to you automatically as a PDF attachment immediately after you pass the final exam and complete all course requirements. You do not need to do anything to request it.
How Certificate Delivery Works
When you complete the course, Driving Logic generates your Form 4444 and sends it to the email address you provided at enrollment. The email is sent immediately — you do not need to wait.
Check your inbox for an email from Driving Logic with Form 4444 as a PDF attachment. If you do not see it, check your spam or junk folder.
Is There an In-Account Download?
No. For the Missouri Driver Improvement Program, your Form 4444 is delivered by email only. There is no in-account download option. Save the PDF from your email.
What to Do With Your Form 4444
After you receive your Form 4444:
Print the PDF.
Take it to the court that ordered your course.
A court clerk will sign and date it.
The court forwards your completion record to the Missouri DOR within 15 days.
Driving Logic does not submit your completion to the Missouri Department of Revenue. That step goes through your court.
