Step 2 — FLHSMV processes the submission The FLHSMV processes completions instantly upon receiving the submission from Driving Logic. Your Florida driving record should reflect the update without a significant delay after Driving Logic's submission.

Allow 1 business day after passing the exam before checking your Florida driving record. This accounts for the time Driving Logic needs to submit your completion.

Check your record at flhsmv.gov. Use the official FLHSMV site — third-party record checks may not reflect recent updates.

Business days do not include weekends or public holidays. If you passed the final exam on a Friday evening or just before a public holiday, allow extra time before checking.

Your court deadline is the date by which you must pass the final exam — not the date by which the FLHSMV must process it. As long as you pass the exam before your court deadline, you have met the requirement even if the FLHSMV record has not yet updated.

Does the 1 business day window start when I finish the course or when I pass the exam? The 1 business day window starts when you pass the final exam with a score of 80% or higher.
