Start by confirming that enough time has passed. If it has, work through the steps below.
Step 1: Confirm That 1 Business Day Has Passed
Driving Logic reports your completion to the FLHSMV within 1 business day of you passing the final exam. Business days do not include weekends or public holidays. If you passed just before a weekend or holiday, allow additional time before checking.
If 1 business day has not yet passed, wait and check again.
Step 2: Confirm That You Passed the Final Exam
Your completion is only reported to the FLHSMV after you pass the final exam with a score of 80% or higher. Completing all course content without passing the exam does not trigger a report.
To confirm your course is complete, log in to your account at drivinglogic.com and check whether your completion certificate was sent to your email. If the certificate email was received, the course is complete and the FLHSMV submission has been made.
Step 3: Check the Correct Source
Make sure you are checking your official Florida driving record at flhsmv.gov. Third-party record check services may not reflect recent updates.
Step 4: Contact Support
If 1 business day has passed, you have confirmed your course is complete, and your FLHSMV record still does not show the update, let us know and we can help. It helps to include:
The date you passed the final exam
The email address on your Driving Logic account
A description of what your FLHSMV record currently shows
If Your Court Deadline Is Approaching
Let us know right away and we can help. Your completion date — not the date the FLHSMV processes it — is what matters for meeting a court deadline. We can provide documentation of your completion date if needed.
