You will receive the DIC 552B — Online Driver Improvement Clinic Certificate of Completion. This is the DMV-standardized certificate and the only document accepted by the Virginia DMV and Virginia courts as proof of completing an online driver improvement clinic.

Driving Logic generates the certificate on your behalf using the information you provided at registration: your name, date of birth, driver's license number, reason for attendance, and citation details if applicable.

First, check your spam or junk folder. If the certificate is not there, log in to your account at drivinglogic.com and download it directly. If you still cannot find it, contact us at [email protected].

Do I need to do anything to receive my certificate? No. It is automatically emailed to the address on your account after you pass.

Does receiving my certificate mean my DMV record has been updated? Not immediately. Your certificate being issued confirms that Driving Logic will report your completion to the DMV within 24 business hours. The DMV then takes 7 to 10 business days to process it and update your driving record.

Can I get a replacement certificate if I lose it? Yes. Log in to your account at drivinglogic.com to download your certificate again at any time.

What if there is an error on my certificate? Contact us at [email protected] right away. Errors in your name, date of birth, or driver's license number may prevent the DMV from processing your completion correctly.
