A certificate email does not prove that FLHSMV or a court has received or processed your individual report. Provider submission: The provider sends the completion information.

Agency processing: The agency receives and processes the report. Neither stage is established merely by an issued certificate.

Use the official Florida driving record service through flhsmv.gov. If a completed course is missing, contact support with your completion date and the status shown.

When to Ask for Help

Follow your court or county clerk’s instructions for any proof you must provide and its deadline. Provider reporting obligations and your own court instructions are separate; do not assume that receiving a certificate completes every required submission.
