Does Driving Logic Report My Completion to the Tennessee Department of Safety?
Tennessee requires course providers to send completion certificates to the Department within 30 days after course completion. Ask support through the course-site chat to check your individual submission status. Receiving a certificate does not prove that the Department has received or processed it.
Who Do I Submit My Certificate To?
That depends on why you took the course:
Ticket dismissal: Submit to the court that gave you permission. Ask whether to mail, fax, or hand-deliver it.
Point reduction: For eligible speeding-point removal, complete the approved four-hour course within 90 days of the speeding conviction. Follow the instructions in your Department notice and ask support to check the provider’s completion-submission record. Course completion, provider submission and the points adjustment appearing on your record are separate events.
Insurance discount: Submit to your insurance provider.
