If the Indiana BMV does not show your Driver Safety Program completion, start by confirming that enough time has passed. If it has, follow the steps below.
Step 1: Confirm That 10 Business Days Have Passed
After you finish the course, Driving Logic reports your completion to the Indiana BMV within 24 hours. The BMV then takes 7 to 10 business days to process the completion and update your record.
Business days do not include weekends or public holidays. If you completed the course near a weekend or holiday, allow additional time.
If 10 business days have not yet passed, wait before checking your record again.
Step 2: Confirm That You Completed the Course
Your completion is only reported to the BMV after you finish 100% of the course. Log in to your account at drivinglogic.com and confirm that your course shows as complete and that your certificate is available under My Certificates.
If your certificate is not available, your course may not be fully complete.
Step 3: Confirm You Are Checking the Correct Record
Make sure you are checking your Indiana official driving record through the Indiana BMV at in.gov/bmv. Unofficial or third-party record checks may not reflect recent updates.
