After finishing all 6 modules and their quizzes, the final exam becomes available. You must score 80% or higher to pass. The final exam draws 40 questions randomly from a 120-question bank. If you do not pass on the first attempt, you can review the correct answers and retake it. You have up to 3 total attempts.

The course requires a minimum of 6 hours to complete. Timed sections ensure you cannot move through the material faster than the state-required instructional time. You do not have to finish in one sitting — you can pause and resume at any time.

Your certificate is emailed to you after you pass the final exam and meet all course requirements. You do not need to request it — delivery is automatic. Check your spam folder if it does not arrive. You can provide the certificate to your insurer or court if needed.
