The fourth lesson covers collision avoidance techniques, emergency braking, handling Florida weather emergencies including hydroplaning and flooded roads, escaping a submerged vehicle, recovering from a tire blowout, brake failure, steering failure, engine and electrical failures, vehicle fires, medical emergencies behind the wheel, avoiding road debris, multi-vehicle emergencies, and what to do after an emergency.
