What Should I Do If My Arizona Court Does Not Show My Completion
If your court cannot find your completion record, work through the steps below before contacting support. In most cases the issue is either that not enough time has passed since completion, or the course is not fully complete.
Step 1 — Confirm Your Course Is Fully Complete
Your completion is only reported after all course requirements are met — all 8 lessons completed, all participation prompts responded to, all segment questions answered correctly, all identity validation requirements passed, and the full 4-hour instructional time completed. Log in to your Driving Logic account and verify all steps are marked complete. If anything is outstanding, finish it first.
Step 2 — Allow 1 Business Day After Completion
Driving Logic submits completions to the Arizona court database within 1 business day. If you completed the course very recently, your record may not yet be in the system. Wait at least 1 full business day before calling the court.
Step 3 — Confirm Your Certificate Arrived
If you have received your completion certificate by email, that confirms your completion was recorded and a submission has been triggered. If you have not received a certificate, your course may not be fully complete yet.
Step 4 — Contact Driving Logic
If more than 1 business day has passed since you completed the course and received your certificate, and the court still cannot find your record, let us know and we can help. We can verify the database submission date and follow up on your behalf. Include your account email, completion date, and court name.
If Your Court Date Is Soon
If you are contacting us because your court date is approaching and the record is not showing, tell us your court date immediately. We will treat this as urgent.
