You have passed the Missouri Driver Improvement Program when Driving Logic emails you your Form 4444 completion certificate. Receiving the Form 4444 email means all course requirements have been met.
What Triggers the Certificate?
Form 4444 is generated and emailed to you automatically once all of the following are complete:
All 6 lessons finished
All 6 lesson quizzes passed with 80% or higher
The final exam passed with 80% or higher (40 out of 50)
What Does the Email Look Like?
The email comes from Driving Logic and includes your Form 4444 as a PDF attachment. Check your inbox for the subject line referencing your completion. If you do not see it, check your spam or junk folder.
What If I Have Not Received the Email?
If you believe you have completed all requirements but have not received your Form 4444:

Confirm that all 6 quizzes are shown as passed in your course dashboard
Confirm the final exam shows as passed
