What Triggers the Certificate?
Form 4444 is generated and emailed automatically as soon as all of the following are complete:
All 6 lessons finished
All 6 lesson quizzes passed with 80% or higher
The final exam passed with 80% or higher
The 8-hour minimum course time met
What If I Have Not Received My Certificate?
If you finished the course but have not received your Form 4444:
Check your spam or junk folder for an email from Driving Logic
Confirm that all lessons, quizzes, and the final exam show as complete in your dashboard
Let us know and we can verify your completion status and resend your certificate
