Does Driving Logic Report My Completion to the Tennessee Department of Safety?

No. Driving Logic does not submit your completion to the Tennessee DSHS, your court, or your insurance company. When you complete the course, Driving Logic emails your certificate to you as a PDF attachment. You are responsible for submitting it to the appropriate party.

Who Do I Submit My Certificate To?

That depends on why you took the course:

  • Ticket dismissal: Submit to the court that gave you permission. Ask whether to mail, fax, or hand-deliver it.

  • Point reduction: Submit to the Tennessee DSHS within 90 days of your conviction date, via TN e-Services, fax, or mail.

  • Insurance discount: Submit to your insurance provider.

Why Doesn't Driving Logic Submit for Me?

Tennessee's process requires you to submit your certificate directly to the relevant authority. The DSHS and courts require the certificate to come from the student, not the course provider.
