What Should I Do If the Tennessee DSHS Does Not Show My Course Completion?

Step 1 — Confirm You Received Your Certificate
Check that Driving Logic emailed you a certificate after you completed the course. Look in your inbox and spam folder. If you did not receive it, let us know and we can verify your completion and resend.
Step 2 — Confirm You Submitted Within the Deadline
For point reduction, you must have submitted your certificate to the Tennessee DSHS within 90 days of your conviction date. If you submitted after the deadline, the point reduction may not be applied.
Step 3 — Allow Adequate Processing Time
After you submit your certificate, the DSHS needs time to process your submission and update your record. Allow a reasonable period before checking.

If you submitted on time and adequate processing time has passed, contact the Tennessee DSHS Financial Responsibility Division directly:
