What If I Enrolled in the Wrong Florida Basic Driver Improvement Course?

If You Have Not Completed the Course

If your completion certificate has not been issued, Driving Logic will cancel your enrollment and create a new order for the correct course. Contact support as soon as possible so this can be resolved before you spend time on the wrong material.

If You Have Already Completed the Course

If your certificate has already been issued, the completion cannot be applied toward a different course. Each course is a separate enrollment and completions are not transferable. You would need to enroll in and complete the correct course separately.

Court Deadlines

If you have a court deadline, let us know immediately and the support team will prioritize your case. Enrolling in the wrong course does not extend your court deadline.
