Does Driving Logic Report My Completion to the Missouri Department of Revenue?

No. Driving Logic does not submit your completion to the Missouri Department of Revenue. Submitting Form 4444 to the DOR is your responsibility.

How the Process Works

When you complete the course:

  1. Driving Logic emails you Form 4444 as a PDF attachment immediately after you finish.

  2. You print Form 4444 and follow the submission steps for your approval type.

  3. Court-order customers: Take printed Form 4444 to your court for a clerk signature, then mail the signed form to the Missouri DOR.

  4. FCC-track customers: Follow the FCC submission instructions for your county to get Form 4444 to the DOR.

  5. The Missouri DOR processes your record and points are not assessed for the qualifying conviction.

What Do I Need to Do?

After receiving your Form 4444 by email:

  • Print the PDF

  • If you were approved through a court: take the printed copy to your court for a clerk signature

  • Mail your Form 4444 to the Missouri DOR — the mailing address is on the bottom of the form

  • Form 4444 must reach the DOR within 15 days of your course completion

Do not assume the process is complete until you have submitted your Form 4444 to the DOR.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why doesn't Driving Logic submit directly to the DOR? The Missouri Driver Improvement Program requires the driver to submit Form 4444 directly to the DOR. This is how the state process works — Driving Logic's role ends when Form 4444 is emailed to you.

What if I forget to mail Form 4444 to the DOR? The point prevention benefit will not apply until the DOR receives and processes your Form 4444. Mail it as soon as possible. Remember that it must reach the DOR within 15 days of your course completion.

How do I know the DOR received my Form 4444? After allowing several weeks for DOR processing, check your Missouri driving record at dor.mo.gov to confirm the completion has been applied.
