How Certificate Delivery Works
Once you pass the DPS exam with 70% or higher, your ADEE-1317 certificate is generated and sent as a PDF to the email address you used at enrollment. This happens immediately after you complete the exam.

Your ADEE-1317 certificate includes:
Your full legal name as entered at registration
Course completion date
Unique ADEE-1317 certificate number with required security features
ADE control number — needed to register for the ITAD program
Driving Logic's school name and TDLR license number
Security Features
TDLR requires all ADEE-1317 certificates to include specific security features. These allow Texas DPS staff to verify the certificate's authenticity when you apply for your license. The $10 certificate fee included in the course price covers the cost of the state-issued certificate number with these required security features.

ITAD registration — you will need your ADE control number (printed on the certificate) to register for the free ITAD program at impacttexasdrivers.dps.texas.gov
DPS driver license office — bring your certificate (printed or digital) to your DPS appointment as proof you completed the course and passed the written knowledge exam
