When Will I Receive My Florida Basic Driver Improvement Course Certificate?
After completing the course requirements, check the email address used for enrollment for your certificate PDF. Check spam or junk if it is missing, then contact support through the chat on your course site. Tell us which course you completed and when. Support can review issuance or delivery; this does not itself confirm a resend.
How Your Certificate Is Delivered
After you pass the final exam with a score of 80% or higher, Driving Logic sends your certificate to the email address you used when you enrolled. The certificate arrives as a PDF attachment.
Check your inbox for an email from Driving Logic. If you do not see it, check your spam or junk folder.
Use the PDF in your certificate email. If it is missing, contact support for help.
What to Do With Your Certificate
Save the PDF attachment from the email.
If you need to submit it to a court: Follow your court or county clerk’s instructions for any proof you must provide and its deadline. Provider reporting obligations and your own court instructions are separate; do not assume that receiving a certificate completes every required submission.
If you need it for an insurance discount: Submit it directly to your insurance provider per their instructions.
If you elected the course for a citation: Follow your clerk’s instructions and deadline. Ask support if a required completion report is missing.
