What Is the Passing Score for Course Quizzes
Each module quiz requires a minimum score of 70% to pass. With 4 questions per quiz, that means at least 3 of the 4 must be answered correctly. Getting 2 or fewer correct means the quiz needs to be retaken.

Frequently Asked Questions
Why does the quiz say 70% but require 3 of 4 correct? With only 4 questions, the mathematical minimum to reach 70% is 3 correct answers (3 ÷ 4 = 75%). TDLR sets 70% as the passing floor. At 4 questions, the practical minimum passing count is 3 of 4. The course enforces this correctly — 2 of 4 (50%) does not pass, and 3 of 4 (75%) does.
What if I fail a module quiz? The quiz can be retaken immediately. There is no waiting period and no penalty for failed module quiz attempts. The module remains locked until the quiz is passed.
Do failed quiz attempts affect the DE-964 certificate? No. Quiz attempts and scores are not reflected on either DE-964 certificate.
Is the passing score the same for all 12 quizzes? Yes. All 12 module quizzes use the same standard: 4 questions, 3 of 4 correct required.
