If you enrolled in the wrong course, contact us right away. If you have not completed the course and your Form 4444 has not been issued, we can cancel your order and help you enroll in the correct course.

Let us know as soon as you realize you enrolled in the wrong course. Include your account email address and a description of the issue. The sooner you contact us, the more options we have to help.

If your Form 4444 has not been issued, Driving Logic can cancel your enrollment and create a new order for the correct course. Your $29.97 payment will be applied or refunded depending on the situation.

If you have completed the course and received your Form 4444, we are not able to transfer your completion to a different course. Each course completion is specific to the course taken.

What if I am not sure which course I need? Your court paperwork should specify the type of course you are required to complete. If you are not sure, contact your court to confirm before enrolling. Driving Logic offers the Missouri Driver Improvement Program for Missouri-licensed drivers with a court order under RSMo §302.302.

Can I get a refund if I enrolled in the wrong course? If your Form 4444 has not been issued and you are within 30 days of purchase, you are eligible for a full refund. Let us know and we can help.

What if I enrolled using the wrong personal information? Let us know as soon as possible. Incorrect information — particularly your name or driver's license number — may affect your Form 4444 certificate. We can help correct your account details before your certificate is issued.
