Frequently Asked Questions
Can the teen get the Completion Certificate before finishing all 12 modules? No. All 12 modules and all 12 quizzes must be completed and passed.
What if the certificate has not appeared after passing Module 12? Check the course dashboard and enrollment email inbox (including spam). Verify all modules show as complete in the dashboard. Contact Driving Logic support if the certificate does not appear.
Does the Completion Certificate replace the Permit Certificate? No. They serve different purposes. The Permit Certificate is for the Learner's Permit. The Completion Certificate is for the Provisional License. Both may need to be presented at different DPS visits.
My teen's name on the certificate is wrong — what do we do? Contact Driving Logic support immediately. The name must match the teen's government-issued ID exactly for the DPS to accept it.
