Frequently Asked Questions
Where do I find my ADE control number? It is printed on your ADEE-1317 certificate from Driving Logic — the PDF emailed to you immediately after you passed the DPS exam.
Do I have to watch all 3 parts in one sitting? No. The three video parts can be watched independently across separate sessions.
What if I select the wrong program — ITTD instead of ITAD? ITTD is for teen drivers and ITAD is for adults. Make sure you select ITAD when registering.
My ITAD certificate expired — do I need a new ADEE-1317 certificate too? No. Simply complete ITAD again at the DPS website using the same ADE control number from your original Driving Logic certificate. You do not need to redo the Driving Logic course.
What if I do not receive my ITAD certificate after completing the video? Check the spam folder of the email you used to register for ITAD. If it is not there, contact the Texas DPS directly through the ITAD website — Driving Logic cannot assist with ITAD certificate issues.
