Can I Download or Print My DE-964 Certificate
Yes. Both DE-964 certificates are delivered as PDFs and can be downloaded and printed. Physical printed copies are required at both DPS appointments. Certificates are also available in the course dashboard for re-download at any time.
How to Download
Log in to drivinglogic.com and go to the course dashboard. Once each certificate is issued, it appears there as a PDF download. Both certificates are also emailed automatically to the enrollment email address when first issued.
Color Printing — Important
Before printing, check whether the certificate has a green background. If the template background is green, the certificate must be printed in color. DPS will reject a black-and-white printout of a green-background certificate — this is one of the most common reasons families are turned away at the DPS.
If the certificate background is white or the template is already in black and white, B&W printing is acceptable.
Physical Copy Required at DPS
Bring a physically printed copy of the appropriate certificate to each DPS visit:

Backup Copies

Signing the Certificate
Do not sign the certificate before the DPS appointment. Some DPS offices require the signature to be made in the presence of a DPS representative. Wait until instructed at the office.
