Frequently Asked Questions

Can the teen complete all 24 hours in one day? No. The daily maximum is 6 hours. The course cannot be completed in fewer than 4 calendar days.

Can the teen complete Module 1 in a single day? Yes. Module 1 is 6 hours — exactly the daily maximum. A teen can complete all of Module 1 in one day.

What happens if the enrollment expires before the course is finished? The enrollment closes and the teen cannot continue. Repurchase is required to complete the remaining modules. Contact Driving Logic support if the enrollment is nearing expiration and the course is almost done.

Does idle time on a page count toward the hours? No. Only active instructional time counts — time spent genuinely engaging with the course content. Leaving a browser tab open without interacting does not add to the hour total.

Can the daily limit be spread across midnight? No. The 6-hour cap applies per calendar day. The limit resets at midnight each day.
